Many of us are feeling a sigh of relief because the Covid pandemic hoopla has died down. Nonetheless, the threat of vaccination without informed consent is still a big problem. Below is an article I wrote recently about transmissible vaccines. It’s important that we pray about this issue because taking away a person’s right to say no to any medical intervention is anti-American.
Every human being should have the right to decide what medicines, vaccines, or medical devices can be placed into his/her body. As more people become aware of the risks of certain vaccines and say NO to Big Pharma, there’s a growing belief among the medical and scientific establishment that some treatments, such as vaccines, will need to be thrust upon the public using covert, unethical methods.
I ask that you read the article below carefully and then pray about it. Though the information is frightening, we must remember that praying is the most powerful thing we can do and GOD ANSWERS OUR PRAYERS!
Transmissible Vaccines: A Threat to Informed Consent
Catherine Ybarra, an informed consent attorney for Siri and Glimstad, appeared on the High Wire to explain the connection between geoengineering and the threat of transmissible vaccines. In the interview, she reveals that government agencies are not only involved in weather modification such as stratospheric aerosol injection, but they are also knee deep in funding technologies such as aerosolized vaccines.
Ybarra, who leads a team focused on environmental pollutants, toxins and the release of biologics at ICAN (Informed Consent Action Network), explained that airplanes are used to spray particulates and chemicals into the atmosphere to purportedly combat climate change. The technology includes state-of-the-art sprayer nozzle systems that are attached to the wings of planes.
U.S. Military is Spraying Toxic Pesticides
Injecting particles into the atmosphere is just one way the sprayer nozzle systems are utilized. In July 2024 it was reported that the U.S. military has been spraying toxic pesticides from airplanes over U.S. residential areas. This information, obtained by the ICAN network through FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests, reveals that the Department of Defense uses airplanes that “are specially modified with spray arms and the MASS (Modular Aerial Spray System) which can carry a total of 2,000 gallons of insecticide, herbicide, or dispersant. The agent is then dispersed out of spray bars under each wing.”
ICAN posted a legal update, stating that spraying took place over “large, populated areas of Texas, Louisiana, Virginia, Parris Island in South Carolina and the City of Burlington in North Dakota, just to name a few.” Documents show that bald eagle nests were intentionally avoided, but not residential areas where people live. The unit conducting the spraying has dispersed more than 20 chemicals, with many containing a toxic organophosphate pesticide called Naled.
What Else Can Planes Spray?
Ybarra and the ICAN team delved even further into the sprayer nozzle systems utilized by airplanes. They discovered that this type of technology was developed by a Department of Defense contractor called Battelle. Their sprayer systems can be attached to military helicopters and drones as well. Interestingly enough, Battelle doesn’t just design aerial innovations, it also develops vaccines and gene therapies, partnering with government agencies like the Centers for Disease Control.
ICAN pulled the patent for Battelle’s sprayer system and found a troubling connection between their aerial sprayer technology and vaccines. The patent lists various substances that can be sprayed through their system such as, “antibiotics, anti-cancer agents, or other pharmaceutical products, a vaccine, a protein, an enzyme, DNA or DNA fragments or other biological products, an anti-inflammatory, a vitamin, an antiseptic, morphine or other pain killing drug, nicotine and so on.”
Government Agencies Funding Aerosolized Vaccine Research
After learning that vaccines can be sprayed, ICAN began researching government grants to see if funding was being appropriated to study aerosolized vaccines for humans. Indeed, there were many studies found showing that the U.S. government was not only participating in these investigations, but leading them.
As the rabbit trail went deeper, Ybarra and ICAN uncovered more information via FOIA requests. This led them to self-spreading vaccines, also known as transmissible vaccines. This “new class of encrypted RNA vaccines” would “piggyback onto an existing wild virus and spread from person to person without any person’s knowledge or consent.” Two companies charged with conducting self-spreading vaccine research have received millions of dollars in funding from the federal government. One study using hamsters and the Covid virus has already been completed and a Phase 1 trial in humans is underway.
ICAN reported, “this so-called ‘therapy’ uses a technology called TIPs (Therapeutic Interfering Particles) which are described as ‘engineered molecular parasites’ that piggyback on a wild virus. If you get the virus, you also get the parasites. Once inside an infected person, the TIPs are supposed to rapidly multiply, hijacking the resources the wild virus needs to multiply and therefore stopping the virus.”
Those who champion self-spreading vaccine technology believe it will remove “behavioral barriers” such as noncompliance. In other words, informed consent flies out the window.
Inhalable Artificial Immune Systems
One of the companies leading the way in development is Autonomous Therapeutics. To date, the federal government has awarded them over $15 million in contracts and grants. A $4.58 million dollar grant, doled out by DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency), was given for “A Rapid-Response Platform to Develop and Deliver TIPs Against Respiratory Viral Threats, Including MERS-CoV,” as well as a $3 million dollar contract for “New Platform Technologies for Viral and Therapeutic Assays.”
The CEO of Autonomous Therapeutics, Ariel Weinberger, has stated that their “next-generation RNA” is designed to “encode an artificial immune system” that can be used to fight coronaviruses, influenza and RSV. “These can be made inhalable.” He adds, “the “regulatory process for applying these platforms to new viral indications may soon be streamlined–due to the new advanced platform technology designation provided by the PREVENT Pandemics Act, passed by Congress in the recent 2023 omnibus appropriations bill.”
When ICAN alerted the public to Autonomous Therapeutic’s “inhalable, self-spreading vaccine” research, the company quickly removed the words “inhalable” and “artificial immune systems” from their website.
Self-Spreading Vaccines in Animals
The technology of transmissible vaccines does not stop with humans. DARPA runs a program called PREEMPT (Preventing Emerging Pathogenic Threats) which focuses on animals and the issue of “spillover” or “jumping.” ICAN attorney Catherine Ybarra explains this research involves diseases or viruses that can jump from animals to humans. This includes focusing on transmissible vaccines among animals.
DARPA’s partner in this venture is none other than Autonomous Therapeutics–the same company creating “inhalable, artificial immune systems” for humans. Records indicate that the Department of Defense is using Autonomous to “study air-borne highly pathogenic avian influenza virus in birds and small mammals.” In other words, the Bird Flu.
Currently, there are ongoing studies which involve self-spreading vaccines in animals. A $1.7 million dollar NIH grant project, running from 2020-2025, is designed to examine the “consequences of transmissible vaccines on disease ecology and pathogen evolution: Marek’s disease virus.” For background, Marek’s disease is an untreatable chicken herpes virus, mainly occurring on industrial farms where birds are crowded together. The only solution offered to large poultry farms is vaccination.
Baby chicks are vaccinated for Marek’s Disease on the day they are born. Some chicks are sprayed with the vaccine and then those birds spread it among the rest of the chicks. Unfortunately, these self-spreading vaccines are leaky, transmissible and can cause infection. In effect, they can drive the disease to become more virulent and dangerous.
Researchers have admitted that vaccinated birds can kill unvaccinated birds. The birds that are vaccinated can give the virus to the unvaccinated birds, often causing infections that are more deadly. “The vaccination of one group of birds leads to the transmission of a virus so hot that it kills the other birds.” It was also acknowledged that transmissible vaccines “are not without risk…reversion to virulence or recombination with wild type pathogens could cause transmissible vaccines to make matters worse or complicate elimination efforts.”
Will Self-Spreading Vaccines Be Used for Humans?
Putting all these pieces together, one wonders if the same spray technology being used by planes could someday be used to vaccinate populations of people against their will. Companies working to create aerosolized, self-spreading vaccines are collaborating with government agencies that have been experimenting with these technologies. Versions of self-spreading vaccines have already been used in chickens to prevent conditions like Marek’s Disease. History has shown, however, that this method can lead to greater virulence and more death among birds. Of course, the main reason for deploying self-spreading vaccines in humans is to overcome vaccine hesitancy.
As Bird Flu fears ramp up, now more than ever, we should be praying about transmissible vaccines. The deployment of inhalable vaccines that can spread from one person to another is a dystopian idea that removes informed consent and free will. This type of research is unethical and must be stopped.

- Pray that as DOGE moves to cut wasteful spending in Health and Human Services, as well as the Department of Defense, they would target projects like inhalable, transmissible vaccines.
- Pray that the companies involved in promoting and procuring transmissible vaccines would change course and instead pursue more ethical ventures.
- Pray that medical freedom would always be protected and that informed consent would become a cornerstone of Making America Healthy Again.
- Pray that ICAN would continue to uncover projects that could be harmful to our nation and they would be successful in their lawsuits.
Lord Jesus, you have created our bodies with a powerful immune system. We pray that government authorities and private companies would not try to hijack it in any way. Place your healing wings around us.
